Format: Summary and recommendation presented in a meeting and as a PDF for internal distribution. 

CX-Check-In

After 8 weeks, we’ll do a follow-up and together we’ll look at your most significant insights, help you highlight successful outcomes, and identify ongoing challenges. And we'll look at your strategy moving forward, and see how we can work together to help you keep building on the solid CX foundation for success. Format: 20 min phone/video check-in call.

With over 20 years of experience in CX, she has worked on international projects for global giants and family businesses in various industries, including Medtech, fintech, hospitality, mobility, and more.
